Conferences
At the beginning of the school year, we'll get to know each other in conferences. During conferences, I would love to hear about your background, culture, and family life. I strive to incorporate all different cultures and family structures into our classroom to ensure all students are able to relate to the content and how it's being taught. That being said, I'd love to keep that line of communication open after our conference and continue to communicate throughout the year. You know your child best, so I want to make sure we're on the same team and working together to educate your child in the best way possible.
Newsletters
I always want to keep you in the loop with what we're learning as a class and what's coming up. Every two weeks, I'll be sending out a newsletter via email, and posting it on the blog to keep you up-to-date. I strive to make my newsletters a little snippet of your child's educational experience of the last two weeks. I'm always up for suggestions! If you have any, feel free to fill out the form below.
Continued communication
Like I speak to on the Get Involved page, it's so important to me that we work together throughout this year. Communication with caretakers are super important in creating an equitable classroom where each child is given the appropriate tools. You know your child best, so providing me with any insights on how they learn best and what they need is super helpful!
